Max's Mission would like to invite anyone who has lost someone they know to suicide to our monthly support group.

We always meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month in Naperville. 

If you fill out this form you will be added to our monthly email where you can find out where our support group will be meeting along with the location.

Support National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month

During the month of September, to support National Suicide Prevention Awareness month, we would like to invite you to share about your loved one you lost to suicide.

We will share your loved one’s photo along with the answers to the questions below on Max’s Mission social media accounts on Instagram, FB and LinkedIn.  We want to help raise awareness for the month of September and to honor some of the lives lost to suicide.
