Butterfly Release
Max’s Mission is pleased to invite you to our 1st annual Survivor Day Butterfly Release on Saturday, June 13th.
Join Max’s Mission for a meaningful morning of remembrance, connection, and hope. This special gathering offers a space to honor loved ones lost to suicide and to be surrounded by a community that understands.
The morning will include a brief reflection from grief therapist Priscilla Brinkman, an opportunity for attendees to say the name of their loved one out loud, and a butterfly release along the river as a symbol of remembrance and love. Guests are also invited to participate in rock painting, creating something personal to take with them or leave behind in honor.
Please join us to honor your loved one and to release a butterfly in their memory. Guests will release individual butterflies at the end of the ceremony.
Reserve your butterflies by Wednesday May 20th for $10 each. Butterfly purchase is not required to attend.
